Luke Farley
Co-founder and Director
Luke takes on a wide range of roles within LCUBED from directorship responsibilities to hands on project delivery. His experience as a consultant in the ITC & marketing area has provided a platform for the direction and growth of LCUBED.
LCUBED has been operating in Melbourne Australia since 2002, delivering web and internet related projects, to Australian and over seas organisations.
As a founder and the first full time staff member of LCUBED Luke has carried out each and every customer facing and technical role in the book. He has been the delivery engine, the consultant and the solution architect, as well as lead sales person and Marketing Manager.
Today within LCUBED Luke is the lead solution architect and online marketing guru, and provides the following areas of primary expertise:
Development and implementation of Online Marketing Strategies
Leveraging the internet to support and streamline business operations
Search Engine Marketing
Software as a Service implementation
Education and training, including lecturing for the ADMA
You may have encountered Luke via his articles in Marketing Magazine, or his occasional Blogs on MarketingMag.com.au. He also lectures on the Australian Direct Marketing Associations Digital Marketing course.
Prior to founding LCUBED Luke worked in the technical marketing area for many years and multiple companies. Notably for Computer Science Corporation in business information systems, and Alterian doing customer behavior and analytics.
Luke has a masters degree in Information Systems, but secretly wants to be a physiologist.
Karen Trapani
Co-founder and Director
Karen is a certified member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) with 15+ years of ICT and ERP experience including multimillion-dollar project/program management, consulting and support.
Karen’s professional strengths include: Project Management, Program Management, Consulting, Large Account Support, Team Development & Leadership, Training Delivery, Risk Management & Evaluation, Budget Administration, Change & Issue Management, Cost/Financial Leadership, Resource Planning & Scheduling, Project Scope & Deliverable Definition.
Karen has worked across Australia, Europe and North America and has delivered consulting and technical services to a wide range of Australian industry sectors spanning Telecommunications, Insurance, Petrochemical and Manufacturing industries.
Karen holds a BSc (Computer Science), a Graduate Diploma in Knowledge Based Systems (Artificial Intelligence), Foundation Certificate in IT-Service Management and PMP Certification with the Project Management Institute. Karen is a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Project Management Institute and has worked in the IT industry since 1989.
Antony Clemenger
Sales and Marketing Director
Tony grew within the Clemenger Advertising and Marketing business.
Tony has a Bachelor of Business – Accounting major; with Post-Graduate studies in Economics, Finance and Investments – and lectured in Marketing and Advertising related fields in Australia and overseas.
He has worked in Adelaide, Sydney, Beijing and Shanghai and consulted and lectured in many other regions.
