If your site goes down and the LCUBED office is closed, you could contact the technology provider directly, however you shouldn’t really need to do this. The technology providers we use are 100% responsible for keeping your site up and running, and they take this responsibility very seriously, so as soon as a site goes down, it’s their top priority to resolve the problem immediately and get the site back up again.
If you don’t have a Support Plan in place, don’t want to purchase one and want to manage your website yourself, you are welcome to contact your technology provider directly when you need support.
